GreenSmart Garden Maintenance programs are scheduled every 4 - 6 weeks and include a broad range of gardening services to ensure your garden is primed and healthy throughout all seasons. Our qualified and trained gardeners carry out comprehensive maintenance programs that structure routine weekly, quarterly and annual landscape duties that are based on a yearly plan. We can also provide additional services based on your particular requirements.

After each routine maintenance session, you’ll receive a detailed report so you’re informed of all work completed. This will include time and duration of service, work completed, staff who attended, feedback and suggestions on your landscape development as well as tasks to be completed during the next visit. You’ll also receive photos on a quarterly basis which is ideal for landlords to keep up to date with the status of their investment.  

Edge, Trim & Mow
Front lawn & kerb is edged, trimmed and mowed looking neat and sharp. The landscape is inspected for disease and pests. All clippings and debris are removed to achieve a polished finish.

Weed Control
Weeds are removed from garden beds and lawn area by the root to prevent re-growth occurring. They are strayed and cleared to inhibit mould and leaf decay damage and to maintain weed control throughout the landscape setting.

Plant Maintenance
Plants are pruned and shaped to maintain healthy growth and a strong structure to manipulate spaces, ensuring your landscape is primed to perfection. Decayed plant matter is removed and trimmed to promote new growth and poorly positioned plants are repositioned for optimum growth. All plant matter is inspected for disease and pests and treated if required.

Timber Edging
The gardens timber edging is inspected for buckling, displacement or rotting timber and repaired if required. This will ensure the landscape is framed within the structured sections providing a professional finish.

Irrigation
The Irrigation System is tested to ensure operational efficiency, damage or wear to dripper lines or connections. The system will be repaired or modified to maintain original working order if required. The landscaper will ensure the exposed dripper line is pinned down and concealed under the garden bed.

Site Clean
The front landscape is cleared of debris, rubbish and leaf matter. It is swept and tidied to remove any spilt mulch or loose pebbles, then cleared with a blower for a fresh garden look.

Report
You will be provided with a report detailing the time and duration of service, work completed, staff who attended, feedback and suggestions on your landscape development as well as tasks to be completed during the next visit.

Pest & Disease Treatment
Plants and lawn area is inspected for pests and disease and treated accordingly. By removing decayed leaf matter and debris through the weekly maintenance sessions the landscape will sustain healthy growth which will reduce unnecessary use of strays and pesticides.

Fertilising
For healthy growth plants are feed with a balanced nutrient formula and lawn area is feed with a balanced fertilizer. This will ensure the landscape receives appropriate nutrients to encourage a mature garden setting.

Pruning
Based on individual species seasonal requirements plants are pruned and / or cut back after flourishing to promote healthy re-growth. Through seasonal pruning the landscape will produce thriving foliage and look it’s best throughout the year.

Photo Update
Receive photos on a quarterly basis to keep up to date with the landscapes development. This is ideal for landlords to keep a watchful eye over their investment.

Mulching
The front garden bed is stocked / replenished with up to 1 cubic metre of mulch to front yard garden bed

Battery Replacement
Batteries are changed in automatic controller every 12 months
